Shipping by forwarding agent within Germany
Pro Palette bis 250 kg - 145,00 Euro. With more than 250 kilos, a 2nd Pallet required and thus 2x 145.00 euros would be charged. For more than 500 kilos, 3 pallets are required and therefore 3x 145 euros are charged. This staggering would be continued accordingly.
What to do in the event of transport damage?
Even carefully packed goods can cause damage.
Therefore, please check the following points before confirming (signing) the receipt of goods:
· Completeness of the shipment (see package label or roll map)
· integrity of the packaging (dents, holes, tears, water damage)
· Accuracy of address
Please first distinguish between open damage (packaging damaged) and hidden damage (packaging in perfect condition / contents damaged). Therefore, open the shipment immediately and make sure that there is no hidden transport damage.
If the packaging is obviously damaged from the outside, please refuse acceptance completely or, if the goods are urgently needed, make a note of the damage on the roll-out list with the date and time. In this case, however, please take your time and check the shipment in the presence of the delivery driver. Please have shortages acknowledged. We must also be notified immediately in writing or by telephone. If possible, we ask you to take a photo of the damage and email it to us email@example.com to send.
If there is hidden transport damage, we ask you to notify us in writing immediately after discovery, but within three working days. We will then immediately contact the respective transport company. As a rule, this is the company UPS. The damaged goods will then be shipped to you on the next working day original box pick it up and examine it in the logistics center.
